Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIAuditSense (“the Service”), a product operated by Dhiraj Khanna, trading as AIAuditSense (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AIAuditSense analyses materials you provide — such as a website URL, a source-code repository, uploaded documents, or written descriptions — and produces an assessment of how your AI system maps to regulatory frameworks including the EU AI Act, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act. The output includes graded scorecards, findings, and suggested remediation.

Reports are delivered as a concierge service. Our engine prepares a draft from your submission, and a compliance specialist then reviews it, deepens the analysis, adds citations, and signs it off before delivery. Because a person completes each report, paying does not release it instantly: your payment places a report order, and we aim to deliver the finished report within about one business day (Monday–Friday, IST). If we need to ask you for clarification, that timeline pauses until you reply — we count only our working time.

2. Not legal advice

AIAuditSense is an informational and educational tool. Its output is generated in part by automated and AI-based systems and may contain errors or omissions. It is not legal advice and does not create a lawyer–client relationship. It is not a substitute for review by a qualified legal or compliance professional, and it does not guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act, the NIST AI RMF, or any other law, regulation, or standard. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the output.

3. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or to infringe the rights of others;
• Submit material you do not have the right to submit, or audit systems or websites you are not authorised to assess;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• Resell or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted by your plan.

5. Purchases and payment

A report is a one-time, per-audit purchase; legacy subscriptions continue on their original terms. Your payment places a report order that a specialist fulfils, as set out in section 1 — it is not an instant download. Pricing is described on our Pricing page, and billing, cancellations, and refunds — including a full refund if you cancel before we begin work — are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay; by purchasing you also agree to their applicable terms.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the materials you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to browse a URL you supply, read your documents, and generate a report). We handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your submitted materials), is owned by Dhiraj Khanna, trading as AIAuditSense and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The reports we generate for you may be used for your own business purposes.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dhiraj Khanna, trading as AIAuditSenseshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on the Service’s output. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dhiraj Khanna, trading as AIAuditSense from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Cancellation of paid plans is governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above, and where appropriate we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
